After an order has been shipped, you can track your shipment with tracking# and link sent with shipping confirmation email. Click the link to open FedEx or UPS official pate, use the tracking to track the shipment.
If you order is shipped through Pilot Freight Service, please click the link https://www.pilotdelivers.com/ to open web page.
Go to Track-A-Shipment tap on top of the page.
When the blow page shows up, input your tracking# in the first line like below screen shot. Click Track.
Tracking result will show up with details of pickup date, ETA. You can also see the status history.
When your shipment arrives carrier local terminal, you will be able to schedule delivery appointment on the same page. Or you can make a phone call to make appointment.
If there is no tracking information
1. Tracking is not available for orders that have a "Processing" status. 2. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped. 3. Not all orders will have a tracking status from the shipping carrier.
