Return and refund policy
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the order or return the item within 30 days after placing the order. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Requirements beyond the unconditional return and refund period, customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping if product hasn't any damage or quality problems.
We only acceppt returns that the items must be
1)In their original condition
2) Without any scratches or defects
3) In their original packaging
4) Not missing Pieces
5) Packaging with custom text, imprinting or graphics
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged,defective,incorrect items you can initiate a return for defective item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will inspect the items after recieving.And we can exchange items or a full refund will be applied to your account.

RETURN PROCEDURE
HOW TO SET UP A RETURN ONLINE:
For your convenience, we offer the easy way to complete a return. You can ship the item(s) back yourself with the generated shipping label from your order number.
Please complete and submit the Return Form and a RMA number can be generated for your return. Clearly write/label all sides of the shipment with the assigned RMA number.
PACKING ITEMS TO RETURN
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Damaged returns will not be refunded and customer must file a claim with the carrier. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged Shipments
After receiving the package, please carefully check for internal and external damage. If you find the outer packing damaged or machine damaged, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends).Once we are contacted, we will propose solutions according to the damaged. For appearance and accessories damaged, not affect the normal use, we would provide free replacement parts. If the machine is badly damaged and cannot be used normally, we will ship the replacement product or issue a full refund.
Defective Products
Warranty of all our products is limited 1-Year replacement parts. Our products has extended warranty service for purchase.If you find the machine is defective within the warranty period, please contact us with the customer service number on your owner's manual. For machines beyond the warranty period, you can also purchase replacement parts from us if necessary.
Rerouting an Order
Orders may no longer be rerouted once have been fully processed into our warehouse or shipped. If you wish to reroute an order that was yet to arrive at the original destination, please contact our customer service department so they may request a rerouting of the package with the carrier. Once the order is rerouted, you may need to pay for additional fees based on the actual costs incurred.
