The item shipped and arrived on schedule. It, so far works great,; however, it does not hold 33 bottles of wine as advertised. I am only able to fit 28 bottles in the unit. Other than that, it works great.
The noise level is about what is expected for this type of unit - obviously a compressor type of refrigerator will have some noise associated with it. The only other feature that is a little subpar is the shelving system. They do not pull out far enough to get good access/view of the bottles in the back. Not a huge problem, but not real convenient for those bottles. Overall, its a nice looking unit, very easy to adjust temperature and so far it seems to hold the temps as set. I am enjoying this wine cooler.
I liked the refrigerator, but some small issues. The door came with out all the screws for the hinges and it was slightly bent out of the box. Works really well, no complaints.
If you are looking for something to be presentable in your office this is not the fridge. It does not keep drinks cold enough if it is opened a handful of times throughout the day. It also builds up moisture in the window which cannot be wiped so does not make a good window to present drinks. Have to open to see whats inside.
