Review Title:Fantastic customer service, great fridge - eventually

Installed in mid December 2019 and love it so far. Was easy to install and fits just about perfectly in a space where an ice maker was hardly used. Glad to hear a little fan noise to know it is cooling properly. Suspect people that have a noise problem might not have balanced it using the bottom leg screws. Some have complained about the stainless steel shelves not being wood; however, I like the stainless steel shelves because they reflect the blue LED lights and make it brighter. I checked the temperture on the shelves using a Kintrex Infared Thermometer and they are close to the 40F above shelves and 50F below shelves settings. I did not expect the temperture to be exact but am surprised how close it is. We are not wine connoisseurs so we not only store wine but drinks, beer, and water and are very happy with the temperature. Also like moving some of those items out of our refrigerator. Might have to rewrite this if we start having problems but so far feel it is a good in-cabinet wine cooler for the cost.

Review Title:Keeps beverages very cold

I've now purchased three of these refrigerators (2 for home and one for the office) and while one of them has been great about about 3 years, the other two (purchased in the last 3 months) both suffer from condensation on the outside glass. I was contacted by Phistina who explained this is unavoidable but helped me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. VERY responsible company. Again, this refrigerator keeps beverages very cold. Love that about it.

Review Title:Great Little Beverage Refrigerator

Exactly as described, runs quietly and gets my beers much colder than the wine fridge I used before it. The only thing I had to change was the plug, which protrudes straight out from the cord and makes the installed dimensions slightly deeper than the actual measurement. I had a flat plug and swapped it out so it fits flush under the cabinet. Very satisfied overall.

Review Title: I am very happy with this beverage cooler

I am very happy with this beverage cooler. We put it in our kitchen in place of a trash compactor so the size was very important as it fits perfectly under the counter. The glass door makes it easy to see when it needs to be restocked so no surprises when you open the door to grab a drink. This allows us more room in the big fridge for food and larger items while always having cold drinks accessible. It came quickly as promised. All we had to do was plug it in and it was ready to go. Great purchase!

Review Title:A little disappointed

The unit is aesthetically pleasing and works fine. We were a bit surprised to find that the temperature controls allowed for the top smaller section to be cooler than the bottom making the smaller section cool enough for whites and the larger section for reds. This makes it so the larger bottled champagnes and proseccos don't fit in the upper section and must either be stored in the red climate or in the food refrigerator.

Review Title:Limitattion on temp settings

Product came as shown, no problems with the install, but when it came to setting the temperatures, they are reverse of what we expected (compared to our old wine fridge). The temp setting on the left (as per the manual) is for the upper section and goes as low as 48f. The temp setting on the right for the lower section only goes as low as 50f. The lower section should be the colder section, since you can store champagne bottles in the lowest/largest section.

Review Title:Recent purchase

Overall an excellent product. Very quiet and once you get a few bottles of wine in the unit it holds the temp. Very well. Only two small concerns. I think you’d need to be a mechanical engineer to get 29 bottles in the unit and more importantly the shelves tilt down after pulling them out which is great for access but if you have double stacked the top shelf the top bottles will fall out when it tilts...so be careful of the top shelf.
