Great cooler. Exactly as advertised. Looks great , the way it cools is exactly correct, and we appreciated the prompt delivery after purchase. Needs wall clearance to dissapate and cool, a few inches all around it when setting it up.

Review Title: Ok wine fridge

With the cost of built in wine fridge ranging into the thousands, I thought this was a good value for the price, however it isn't perfect. It fits well under our counter and so far is keeping the dual temps well. The one I got the door doesn't open/close smoothly and I don't care for the exposed metal hinges (our last one had a cap cover). I have 17 regular sized bottles in there now, but can't imagine how you'd fit 29??

Review Title: Lovely looking unit.

Have this unit almost 10 months. Works as expected. The compressor is slightly loud, but not enough to be bothersome. Holds the temp as adjusted. Really holds bottles comfortably.

Review Title:High quality for good price

We have an old victorian house from the 1900s, and the kitchen layout is funky. We got this mini fridge to go with a coffee/snacks bar we added in the dining room. We specifically wanted a fridge that could be "built in" and go under a countertop. This one was a lot cheaper than the other 15" fridges we could find. Pros: very quiet, accurate temperature control (it actually changes to reflect warmer temps as you leave the door open trying to decide what you want), sleek look that resists fingerprints, lockable, look high-end. Cons: no inside light - just a ambient blue light, no shelf on door, can not change swing on door. Overall, we love it and it has perfectly fit our needs.

Review Title:Hopefully this calms your mind

Hey guys - I never really write reviews but felt compelled in case there was someone out there like me. I was trying to select a wine cooler for what felt like forever - couldn't find the capacity, style, and functionality I wanted paired with strong reviews. I consider myself a pretty high end wine consumer so this was an important decision. For what its worth this came quickly with zero flaws (besides a little small smudging in between the glass), it looks industrial and fantastic, and the functionality has been perfect. Only issue is that its a little hard to close unless you gently guide it. This was perfect for the price if you aren't looking for wood colors/materials. I have only had it about a week and will update if any function gives out

Review Title:Worth the money.

The size is perfect for my needs. I also like the look of this refrigerator. The only slight negative for me, and hence the four vs five stars review, is the refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough for my taste. It’s cold, but just not cold enough ( I like my beer ice cold).

Review Title: Screws for the handle are to long

I have had this for about two weeks. The froster is able to hold 32 degrees and was confirmed with a temperature probe to be accurate. Like the other buyers that left a review, the screws provided for the handle are to long. I ended up breaking a screw off in the handle and needed a replacement handle. I contacted the customer service by email and they responded and sent me a new handle direct from China with in 5 business days. For the second handle, I ended up using some bolts as spacers to shorten the amount of screw coming out the other side of the door to attach the handle.

If you need to get customer service, don’t call them since you will never get through. Send them an email and they will respond within a day or two.
