Arrived as promised in packaging that would have protected it from most shipping disasters. Multiple layers of HEAVY cardboard and Styrofoam surrounding it strapped to a shipping pallet. No issues in setting it up. It cooled down to the lowest temperature in less than an hour and has worked perfectly. Great product!!!!!
Came packaged with a tremendous amount of care. Looks great too. Only thing, it does not keep drinks as cool as I had hoped. Definitely could be better in that regard.
I settled on this Phiestina 46 bottle dual zone wine fridge after searching the internet for dual zone units. The price is on the low side compared to others, but definitely not the cheapest. The unit looks good, the led lighting looks really nice, and overall satisfied with appearance. However, I have two issues. One, the upper zone (for white wine) doesn't cool below 47 degF, even when the setpoint is left at 40 degF for days. I verify this with my own dial thermometer. The white wines are still fine at 47 degF, but it's disappointing the fridge does cool to 40 as advertised. Secondly, the unit is bit louder than I expected. Typically, the compressor runs for about 5-10 minutes and then idles for about 15-20 minutes. When the compressor is running, the sound is louder than I'd like, but it's not loud enough to send the thing back for a refund, so I guess we'll keep it. I suppose buying this fridge around the $700 price point, you get what you pay for.. perhaps the more costly models aren't as loud, but not sure that's worth the additional cost...
Looks great. Excellent quality. Well built. It does seem to make a little noises during certain times. Not as quiet as I hoped but overall I’m happy with purchase.
We needed additional refrigerator space for our boat, but had limited floor space. This narrow beverage refrigerator fits perfectly. We followed manufacturer's instructions to let it sit 24 hours before plugging in, then letting it sit additional 24 hours once temperature is achieved. It was a little alarming that the exterior sides got very warm, but they eventually cooled down. We did web search and found this to be normal.
