Product came as shown, no problems with the install, but when it came to setting the temperatures, they are reverse of what we expected (compared to our old wine fridge). The temp setting on the left (as per the manual) is for the upper section and goes as low as 48f. The temp setting on the right for the lower section only goes as low as 50f. The lower section should be the colder section, since you can store champagne bottles in the lowest/largest section.

Overall an excellent product. Very quiet and once you get a few bottles of wine in the unit it holds the temp. Very well. Only two small concerns. I think you’d need to be a mechanical engineer to get 29 bottles in the unit and more importantly the shelves tilt down after pulling them out which is great for access but if you have double stacked the top shelf the top bottles will fall out when it tilts...so be careful of the top shelf.

I liked the refrigerator, but some small issues. The door came with out all the screws for the hinges and it was slightly bent out of the box. Works really well, no complaints.

Only complaint is more storage for whites and even though the shelves are sturdy, they don’t feel that way.
