So far it’s working great. Looks nice. Good quality etc. Only Complaint is that it doesn’t hold the number of bottles as claimed, like almost all wine chillers/cellars. So many wineries produce wine in non-standard bottles lately that it would be nice if these manufacturers start making cellars that can accommodate non-standard bottles.
After reading many reviews on several brands of wine fridges, I was skeptical with just about all brands. Yet, I knew I still would like a dual zone fridge and landed on this brand because it had the least negative reviews.
When the fridge arrived, the box it was contained in was tattered and torn. I immediately had concern the fridge would be damaged. To my surprise it was not. I have already stocked the fridge (after allowing the each zone to reach the desired temperature) and I am pleased.
We love everything about our new beverage fridge. It keeps drinks cool and holds plenty. Drawers pull out and are removable. Perfect fit in a cutout in my wet bar.
First off, let me say that this item came without a scratch on the outside box. The packaging was what you would expect for an item this size. It was left at my doorstep. This cooler runs loud initially until the temperature is set. After that it is very quiet. It's a very nice looking wine chiller and the footprint is just a little larger than my previous 12 bottle which I purchased this to replace due to a recent trip to Italy, having many bottles of wine shipped back home. I love the design and look of the wood slats to hold the wine. My only problem is that you need to be mindful of the size of your bottles. You WILL NOT be able to fit 33 bottles in this chiller unless they are small bottles. Many red wines are wider either in the center or at the top of the bottle making it difficult to fit 5 in a row. I was only able to fit 29 bottles into this cooler and most of my wines are red. (Not Pinot Bottles) I wish that the dual temp would allow for a warmer temperature than 50 degrees F. The zones are not completely independent either. You have your cooler fans up top, however, there's about half an inch or so of open space when the door is closed. I set my lower temperature to 64 degrees F in hopes that the whole fridge will cool at about 55 degrees F or warmer. Overall, this is a nice wine cooler for the price.
I like that it fits perfectly in the under counter space that held a broken trash compactor. The shelves are sturdy to hold cans or bottles. It is a little expensive for a mini fridge, but cheaper and more practical than replacing the trash compactor.
